These Terms and Conditions apply to rentals of the Cliffview Lodge at Cliffview Resort. 

PAYMENTS

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 50% reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

PAYMENT: Remaining balance payment is due no later than 90 (ninety) days prior to check-in date. If payment is not received by the due date, Cliffview Resort has the right to cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations are fully refundable if cancellation notice is received greater than 90 days before your scheduled check-in date. All cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable). For cancellations less than 90 days, Reservation Deposit is forfeited.

Weddings are an exception to the cancellation policy. ALL wedding cancellations incur a $400.00 cancellation fee and require 120 days written notice prior to check-in date to obtain a full refund.

RENTAL TERMS:

Cliffview Resort unilaterally and at its sole discretion reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation for any reason with refunds made accordingly, in the event this property becomes unavailable for rent. Cliffview Resort agrees to use best efforts to secure an equivalent rental property. If this is not possible, Cliffview Resort reserves the right to cancel this reservation and return all monies to Guest(s).

CHECK-IN TIME: After 4:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT TIME: By 10:00 a.m.

DISCLAIMER:

GUESTS FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, HEREBY CLIFFVIEW RESORT AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SURETIES, INSURERS, INDEMNITOR, ATTORNEYS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR CAUSE OR THING WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPERTY OF THIS RENTAL CONTRACT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM, DEMAND OR CAUSE OF ACTION FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH AND ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, COST AND EXPENSE RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, SUIT OR CAUSE OF ACTION WHICH MAY BE ASSERTED.

CHANGES:  Provider reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
